Coffee is much more than its bean.

CASCARA · DIANAE

Your day.
Your energy.

Cascara is simply the coffee fruit around the bean: its skin and pulp. Often underused, it can become drinks containing naturally occurring caffeine. We see great potential for people and nature. Whether it is healthier than coffee or brings environmental benefits still needs proper research and measurement.

A run, a climb, a busy day: cascara meets your everyday rhythm. People who have tried it describe a different, balanced energy that feels pleasant over time.

These are personal experiences, not findings from scientific studies on DIANAE: individual effects vary.

30–45 mg of caffeine per bottle or DIANAE-specified serving, according to the founder.

A laboratory report is available; the value does not automatically apply to every infusion or coffee blend: quantity and preparation matter.

One fruit.
Three ways to discover it.

Loose cascara, ground cascara and Lemon: preparations made by DIANAE, each with its own story and character.

What matters, beyond taste.

Cascara has practical, emotional and social value: enjoyment today, relationships and the world we want to help build.

01

For you

Taste and ritual: fruity flavours and different preparations for your own moment. Consumers describe pleasant, long-lasting energy as a personal experience.

02

With people

Growing together: recognise the knowledge of communities of origin and build direct relationships with coffee growers. Additional income for producers is a goal, not a quantified outcome.

03

For nature

Value the fruit: use skin and pulp as food when they might otherwise go unused. Any reduction in environmental impact still needs to be measured across the supply chain.

Antioxidants, digestion, satiety and memory are topics to investigate, not clinically proven benefits of these products. We do not promise weight loss or disease prevention.

An editorial framework inspired by Bain’s Elements of Value; not a hierarchy of needs or scientific evidence of efficacy.

It convinced me, with its taste and digestibility: a real alternative to too much coffee. Great! I’m sticking with it!
